Welcome to Sagar Digital Shopi (“we”, “our”, “us”). By purchasing from our website, mobile application, or in-store, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Products & Services

  • We sell Sarees, Fashion Items, Electronics, Mobile Accessories, and other general products both online and offline.

  • Product descriptions, images, and specifications are provided for reference purposes only; there may be slight variations in color, size, or design.

2. Orders & Payments

  • Orders can be placed online through our website or offline in-store.

  • We accept Cash on Delivery (COD), QR Code Payments, UPI, Bank Transfer, and Card Payments.

  • Orders will be confirmed only after payment is successfully received (for prepaid orders).

3. Pricing

  • All prices listed are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes unless mentioned otherwise.

  • Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

4. Delivery

  • We provide Home Delivery via courier or our own delivery service.

  • Delivery time depends on location, product availability, and courier partner performance.

  • Fashion items and sarees may take 2–7 days; electronics may take 3–10 days for delivery.

5. Returns & Exchanges

  • Returns are accepted only if the product is damaged, defective, or wrong item received.

  • Fashion items like sarees must be returned unworn and unwashed within 7 days of delivery.

  • Electronics must be returned in original packaging with all accessories.

  • We may offer exchange, repair, or refund based on the case.

6. Refunds

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 working days after product inspection.

  • COD refunds may be provided via bank transfer or UPI.

7. Warranty

  • Electronics and mobile accessories may carry a manufacturer warranty, if applicable.

  • We are not responsible for warranty claims beyond the period provided by the manufacturer.

8. Liability

  • We are not liable for delays due to courier issues, natural disasters, strikes, or unforeseen circumstances.

  • We are not responsible for loss or damage caused after delivery is completed to the provided address.

🔒 PRIVACY POLICY

We value your privacy. We collect your name, contact details, and payment information to process your order and provide better service.
We never sell or share your personal data with third parties except for delivery or payment processing purposes.


↩ REFUND & RETURN POLICY

  • Damaged or wrong items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Customer must provide unboxing video/photos for verification.

  • Refund/exchange is processed only after product return and quality check.


🚚 SHIPPING POLICY

  • Standard shipping charges may apply based on location and product category.

  • Tracking details will be shared once the product is shipped.

  • Delivery delays due to courier company issues are beyond our control.
